Remote- Answer inbound customer questions by email and chat.
- Document each case clearly enough for the next person to pick up.
- Escalate issues that need a policy decision rather than a script.

Data Entry Clerk
Remote- Enter and verify records against source documents.
- Flag entries that do not reconcile instead of guessing.
- Keep a daily count of records processed.

Virtual Administrative Assistant
Remote- Manage calendars, inboxes and travel bookings.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions.
- Keep shared files organised and current.

Warehouse Associate
- Receive, pick, pack and stage outgoing shipments.
- Operate pallet equipment safely and report damage.
- Keep aisles and workstations clear through the shift.

Front Desk Coordinator
- Greet visitors and manage the main phone line.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Keep the reception and meeting areas ready for use.

Bookkeeper
- Reconcile bank and card statements each month.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on overdue balances.
- Assemble the monthly close package for review.
